PLEASE READ THIS END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA) CAREFULLY BEFORE ACCESSING OR USING ANY POL NADAL SERRA APPS, including the CalorIQ mobile application (“Products”), as this Agreement governs your use of POL NADAL SERRA Apps and how we provide them.
1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS
- By using CalorIQ or other POL NADAL SERRA apps, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Products.
- We may update these terms at any time. For material changes, we will notify you by reasonable means.
2. AGE REQUIREMENT
- You must be 13 years or older to install or use CalorIQ. If you're under 18, a parent or legal guardian should review this EULA with you.
3. GRANT OF LICENSE
- 3.1. Subject to compliance, we grant you a limited, revocable license to use CalorIQ on your personal device for non-commercial wellness use.
- 3.2. Installing or using CalorIQ confirms your acceptance of this agreement.
- 3.3. CalorIQ may offer subscriptions via app stores. Trials renew automatically unless cancelled in time. Cancellations must be done through your store account settings.
- 3.4. CalorIQ may offer virtual Coins. These are licensed features with no cash value and are non-refundable. Abuse or unauthorized purchases may lead to account termination.
4. USE LIMITATIONS
- 4.1. You may not sell, sublicense, or reverse-engineer any part of CalorIQ or other POL NADAL SERRA Apps. Use only as permitted.
- 4.2. Updates may be required and might include new terms. You agree to review and accept them for continued use.
- 4.3. You are responsible for any costs incurred by accessing CalorIQ, including mobile data or device charges.
- 4.4. In-app purchases and subscriptions are managed through Apple or Google and subject to their terms.
- 4.5. Failure to comply with this EULA may result in immediate termination of your access to CalorIQ.
DISCLAIMER
- CalorIQ IS PROVIDED “AS IS”. We do not guarantee availability, accuracy, or error-free functionality. You accept all risks associated with its use and are responsible for your own device security.
5. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND CONTENT
- 5.1. CalorIQ may integrate third-party services. These are subject to their own terms and policies. POL NADAL SERRA is not responsible for their content or availability.
- 5.2. Some content may originate from third parties. You acknowledge the risk of encountering offensive or inaccurate material and agree to use at your own discretion.
6. INDEMNITY
- You agree to hold harmless POL NADAL SERRA from claims or damages related to your use of CalorIQ or violation of these Terms.

- This Agreement is governed by Spanish law.
- 8.1. Disputes will be resolved through arbitration unless you opt out in writing within 30 days. Contact POL NADAL SERRA to do so. Class actions and jury trials are waived unless prohibited by law.
