Refunds are handled through the App Store according to Apple's policies. CalorIQ does not process or store payment details. Activity logs (such as fitness entries or food tracking data) are stored locally or in your private iCloud account and are never shared with third parties unless explicitly authorized by you.

6. In-App Payment Information

CalorIQ offers in-app purchases via the Apple App Store. We do not process or retain any payment information. All financial transactions are handled by Apple under their secure system and terms of service.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. This includes local encryption, access control, secure communication protocols, and anonymization techniques where applicable. However, no method of data transmission or storage is 100% secure.
