By downloading or using CalorIQ ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
CalorIQ is a mobile application designed to help users track their calorie intake, physical activity, and health-related data. It is operated by Pol Nadal Serra.
You agree to use the App only for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes. You may not use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, or in any manner that could disable, damage, or interfere with the proper functioning of the App or servers.
CalorIQ is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. Always consult with a healthcare professional before making any decisions based on the information provided by the App. Your use of the App is at your sole risk.
All purchases made through CalorIQ are processed by the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple’s terms and conditions. Refunds must be requested directly through Apple. CalorIQ does not have access to or control over refunds.
Activity logs, including diet entries and fitness tracking, are stored locally on your device or in your iCloud account if enabled. This information is never shared with third parties unless you explicitly choose to share it.
CalorIQ may offer optional in-app purchases. These transactions are processed through the Apple App Store, and we do not handle or store your payment information. All financial transactions are subject to Apple’s terms.
All personal and health data entered into the App remains on your device or in your iCloud account. We do not store your name, email address, or any personally identifiable information on our servers. Please review our Privacy Policy for more details.
We use Firebase Analytics to collect anonymized and aggregated usage data. Additionally, we collect a unique device identifier to help monitor technical performance and enhance the app experience. No personally identifiable data is collected through these analytics tools.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time without prior notice. We are not liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the App.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in unlawful or harmful conduct. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CalorIQ and its operator disclaim all warranties, express or implied, and shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to loss of data, arising out of your use of the App.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Spain.
